For the 16th episode of 11th Talks, our special guest speakers to share their experiences of finding a good community here in Melbourne, and how that’s affected their lives and careers! Welcoming to the space:
Kennie Kurniawan, a startup and entrepreneurship guru with an impressive history of teaching + driving mentorship programs in the startup space. And,
Michelle Susento, a people-person by nature, multi-tasker aficionado with a thorough foot in multiple organisations across Melbourne; started as a uni student and now one they look up to.
Kennie’s been involved in entrepreneurial programs across Australia, delivering the Future Founders program — Australia’s dedicated year-long program for international students and budding entrepreneurs.
In her spare time, she keeps her creativity happy by designing and creating pottery, as well as taking care of her ever-growing (and ever-lovely) indoor plant collection.
Michelle was the President of PPIA RMIT 20/21’, one of the leading Indonesian organisations in Melbourne. Michelle has always been active in clubs and organisations, and now as the leader of PPIA, she maintains PR across their expansive network of partners an industry partners, exposing her to a wide variety of peoples and cultures.
During her free time, she freelance MCs and is a speaker for self-motivation and fashion design! She is an ambassador for peer-to-peer support at RMIT, and would love to have a chat over coffee to find a place where you belong.
Above all else, she has a passion for connecting and helping people, so say hi!
