Not sure whether to stay in Australia or return home?
Not sure whether to stay in Australia or return home? this is the event for you!
11th Space brings you 11th Talks – a series of fortnightly interactive talks designed to equip international students in preparing them for their next stage in life.
This event is proudly supported by our community partners, the Indonesian Student Associations (PPIA) at RMIT University, Deakin University, Swinburne University, Monash University, PPIA Victoria, Indonesian Diaspora Network Australia, Superstar Education and RMIT Student Entrepreneurship network.
In this episode, we will discuss the topic “After Graduating: Stay or Return Home?”. Deciding whether to stay in Australia or move back home is one of the biggest decisions that international students are bound to face once they graduate.
Our guest speakers are two ex-international students, Joshua Jovianus (CEO of Concrete Co-working Space) one who have left Australia for good and now lives in Indonesia, and Natasha Pandji (Associate Creative Director of ambrands) – who have decided to live here in Australia.
The session will be moderated by Kennie Kurniawan, Marketing Manager of 11th Space and as usual, this will be a fun and interactive talk where you can ask your questions!
We will discuss topics such as:
- What are the pros and cons of staying in Australia and moving back home?
- What are the things to consider that will help the decision-making process?
- Which country is more suitable to develop a business/professional career?
What do I need to join?
Make sure you are connected via Zoom from your mobile, tablet or computer from your home or anywhere you would like. Don’t forget to ensure the camera and microphone are turned on and working.
How does it work?
